Beginner Domestic Quilting

This class will emphasize the following techniques:  on marking your quilts for straight line gridwork (using a variety of methods) followed by walking foot quilting as a start.  Part two of the class will focus on free motion quilting (the feed dogs are dropped) and creating a motif using your darning foot.

The goal of this class is to get you comfortable with doing basic quilting skills on a small scale project, and to have you try several tools to see which ones work for you.

Linda will have a number of samples from her work which will help you see how much fun quilting your own quilts can be.
