Why Buy From Us?


We offer our customers an opportunity to try out the machines that they are considering purchasing. We will help you pick out the best machine that will fit your sewing needs.

Once you have purchased your machine, we will offer you free lessons on how to use your new sewing machine, for as long as you own your sewing machine. If you have questions, we have answers!

We schedule our lessons one-on-one, so that there are no groups or online lessons necessary. Scheduling your lesson allows us to adequately staff the shop so that you get the attention you deserve.

We offer priority service when you schedule your machine for maintenance.

We evaluate Trade Ins on a case by case basis – please be sure to ask your Bittersweet salesperson if you have questions about a Trade in.

Our Service appointments are scheduled so that when your machine is ‘in the shop’, we only have it for a day or two. Scheduling appointments allows us to manage the workflow, and to keep to that commitment. We have customers who drive over an hour for their appointments, and we want to be mindful of their time in our area.
