Welcome to Bittersweet Fabric Shop of Boscawen NH, where we’re an Award Winning Authorized Dealer of Janome and Elna sewing machines.
We’re also an independently owned, small family business. We began serving our customers in 1968 with the LaValley family, and in 2022, Holly and Randy Silver acquired the business when Dave LaValley retired.
We offer our customers access to the full line of both Janome and Elna sewing machines, from our popular Travelmate 30 machines to our newest, state of the art Horizon Memory Craft 9480QCP, which has the option of using our ASR package.
At Bittersweet, our customers are invited to call ahead to make an appointment for their machines service needs, which allows us to minimize your downtime and to give you the personalized service your machine needs.
Our newly configured classroom space, which is adjacent to the shop, offers our customers continuing education in many areas of interest, including quilting.
